Gang is the Chairman and CEO of the Waleta Group. He brings along an extensive commercial experience from across section of business segments. His experience is especially strong in the area of large scale property development, private and government road infrastructure partnerships, asset management and agriculture technology.
He has strong China business networks that are on a look out for possible partnerships with Australian businesses. Gang’s recent investments and interests includes large-scale arboriculture and advance paper production.
He holds both a MBA and a degree in Civil Engineering from China.
Executive Director – Investment
Yang has a very strong passion and interest in technology. It ranges from its development, commercialization and funding. This passion drove him to start his career with a start-up oil and gas exploration company in Beijing, China. This is where he learned to manage all areas of early stage projects.
Yang’s exposure to the venture capital environmental and investment dates back to the years he spent in Boston, USA. Where he has facilitated and originated many opportunities in the high-technology investments. Now he uses his many skills to both manage the property development and investment business of Waleta Group in Australia.
Yang holds a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in engineering and science.

Sherman is a seasoned specialist in business transformation, marketing and strategic consulting. He has over 18 years of investment, banking and consultancy experience. He has held senior appointments in business development, branding and management with a diverse range of international companies and global brands. His expertise covers multichannel retailing, financial services, education, government relations, business strategy, marketing/branding, intercultural competence and cross border commerce.
Sherman personally advises a number of Asian private family wealth offices, major Australia and international grocery chains, one of Asia’s largest telecommunication/technology company, one of the world’s largest agribusiness and food companies. Where he has found and designed solutions for them. He is well versed with projects in merger and acquisitions, E-commerce, branding, partnerships, market entry, product development, cross cultural training and development, joint ventures and private equity. Some of the countries where he has worked and trained in includes, Singapore, England, Ireland, United States and Australia. He holds a number of academic degrees in the areas of Business, Marketing, Economics and Human Capital.
His philanthropic areas of interest includes Autism Spectrum Awareness, Indigenous Economic Empowerment, Education and Poverty Alleviation.
